FEE CHART Listed below is a table of fees which consist of attorney's fees and filing fees. Filing fees are charges that are paid directly to the USCIS or Department of Homeland Security for them to evaluate your case and grant the petition that we file on your behalf. ou must provide us a check or money order for the filing fees payable to the Department of Homeland Security when we are ready to file your case. Attorney fees are the fees charged by our firm for professional services to prepare the petition and supporting materials. The attorney fee is due upon your signing a contract to represent you. Keep in mind that these fees are estimates. Depending on the complexity or the circumstances of your case, they may be higher. Your attorney will provide you a quote during your free initial consultation on what you will be charged on your individual case. Like all lawyers, we bill for our out of pocket expenses. There is a 6% service charge on all attorney's fees for the cost of photocopies, faxes, postage, long distance phone rates, etc.
RFE's: If the USCIS makes a request for additional evidence, client agrees to pay Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for all the work for responding to that request. Client must pay the Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in advance to cover the attorney's fees nd other costs before Attorney will be reuired to do any work on the request for additional evidence.
